PRA IT services has a state of the art workshop in the centre of Perth. There is no appointment required for our repair centre, and our highly trained IT Services team offer premium turn around times so your device is back to you as soon as possible.
We offer a complete inspection report and quotation prepared for you or your insurer upon inspection of your device. For all devices covered by insurance, your only outlay will be that of the insurance excess (where applicable by your insurer).

Quotations and initial inspection will be provided. For an in-depth inspection report, our standard diagnosis fee which includes full hardware diagnostics and the inspection report will apply. Should you proceed with the repair quotation the diagnosis fee will be waived.
If the device is outside of warranty and not covered by insurance, once approval for repair has been given, we have a variety of payment methods available.
